4 Color Printing

With our 19″x25″ Heidelberg MO series, we now specialize in 4-color printing. We are particularly competitive at printing high quality brochures, postcards and presentation folders up to quantities of 50,000. The print quality on the MO is exceptional. It is great for all 4-color jobs, process or spot, and can really handle heavy solids. Our operators have more than 20 years experience on this type of machine. We are very good at quick turnarounds, especially snice our print facility is temperature controlled and our press is equipped with a Peirry dryer. Call us today for a quote.

1 & 2 Color Printing

For short run items not requiring screen values above 133 line, such as stationery, we recommend our Ryobi printing press. The quality is good, and the price is even better. This is the Toyota of printing presses.For heavy solids, 150 line or greater screens, or longer runs, we recommend our Heidelberg GTOZP. The GTOZP (Z meaning zwei, or two color, and P meaning perfector, or prints on to sides at the same time), allows the highest quality, and yet is more affordable than larger presses for most press runs under 25,000 impressions. This is the Mercedes Benz of printing presses.

Tags, Labels & Forms

TagsThere are two kinds of tags that we produce regularly:- laminated, reusable, grommeted tags, such as a DO NOT OPERATE tag, used commonly in a refinery.- NCR (No Carbon Required), multiple ply, grommeted and strung tags, such as a PERMIT TO OPEN/BLIND tag, also used in refineries.With regard to laminated tags, we generally use a matte finish about 5 mil. The matte finish allows the tag to be written on and erased easily. The 5 mil. lamination makes the tag stronger and, hence, easier to write on and more resistant to wear and tear. Tags are available both custom and ready-made.LabelsWe offer all types of labels, from pressure-sensitive to static-cling (for glass). Our labels come with permanent or removable adhesive, in rolls or crack ëní peel. We have laser labels for mailing and shipping, as well as special UV coated labels for outdoor use.FormsWe have NCR and carbon forms, multiple ply, with numbering and perforations, in book form, continuous and loose.
